Hi Alex
I was wondering how you measure your own sense of what your “pace” is for moving through life. I get a sense of what is my right pace when I don’t over commit, when I actually follow through on my commitments and continue to have time to lie on the beach or just let my mind wonder, dream and be a kid again. What’s your sense of the right pace?

Good advice right there. You wont always succeed first time round, you have to keep at it no matter what.
My goal for losing weight was going down to 140lbs. I did it by walking six miles every other day, and to me, thats walking to the bookstore and back. Went from 170 to 140 pretty fast that way.
And about having to eat with a bunch of naked fat people? Yeah, that made me laugh.

This is some of the best information anyone can ever read. I have found that measuring your own success whether they are big or small successes, you will be able to grow as a person and provide others with a sense of self worth as well.
My personal success has a plan that I try to follow setting new goals each and every year and trying to reach each goal through processes in life. Only you can make that change happen and you really have to want it in order to achieve it.

What is the right pace? My answer is… It depends. Each of us have our own rhythmic calendar. Some people may like it slow and measured. I call these people thinkers. Others have a quicker pace. I called these people movers. Thinkers think twice before committing to any changes. Movers make the change then adjust if it wasn’t quite right. Ultimately, both types of people get to their desired end state, just through different paths. Ideally, thinkers and movers should partner up to leverage off each other’s strength.
