There are plenty of movies where things get put of, but in referring to your subject how about the 'The Procrastinator' a 1952 movie. Here is a synopsis of the plot

"Jean, a high school student, has a habit of putting off tasks that need to be done. Her mother scolds her about it, but to no avail. Jean gets elected social chairman for the class dance, but with her usual unorganized work habits, everything is put off until the absolute last minute--and the school dance looks like it's going to turn into a disaster"

More of a comic, but Calvin in Calvin and Hobbes has a very nasty habit of procrastinating. And even when Divine Intervention kicks in, and a snow day cancels school, he spends the day making snowmen and pelting Susie with snowballs when he's supposed to be doing his homework.

Thats really the only example I can think of.

Liar Liar by Jim Carry, he procrastinates with getting his life and family in priority, to the point in which he almost loses his son and divorced wife to moving away.

Also his form of procrastination is bound by the constant lying which is a part of his everyday job.
