		<description>The closest thing would be Passive Agressive Personality Disorder. It was in the DSM-III-R, but it was not included in the DSM-IV (current edition).

The next closest thing would be Malingering. It&#039;s not really a disorder, it&#039;s just faking illness to get out of work or some other obligation. 

Other than that, procrastination might be a feature of several mental disorders, but not any one in particular.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;20 years working in mental health</description>
