    The closest thing would be Passive Agressive Personality Disorder. It was in the DSM-III-R, but it was not included in the DSM-IV (current edition).

    The next closest thing would be Malingering. It's not really a disorder, it's just faking illness to get out of work or some other obligation.

    Other than that, procrastination might be a feature of several mental disorders, but not any one in particular.

    I don’t think its a disorder, its just human nature, ‘why do today what can be put off until tomorrow’ - Whole cultures and societies seem to be built around this phrase, appreciated this is a perception by others but must have a grounding in truth
